Postcards From Girlhood

This collection is a love letter to the women that shaped me. Every piece carries a memory, a story, a feeling of being seen and heard. 

The Rae Pattern is inspired by my high school best friend who took me in and made me feel like family when i needed it. It reminds me of the endless sleep over we had in school, seeing her every morning across the hallway, shared secrets, hobbies and the quiet comfort of being loved without conditions. 

The Rosette Romper is named after my childhood best friends grandmother - who recently passed away. She lived by the words now stitched into the affirmation tag, a gentle reminder to carry her grace, strength and wisdom forward. 

Some of the pieces named in French, after my best friends grandmother and for the fact all my closest friends learned French. Either in school or just because. 

Everything i know about love i have learnt from women in girlhood. The women who stood beside me. Through heart break, through growth, through every chapter of becoming. I am a mosaic of everyone i have ever known and loved. This collection is for them. And for you.
